Labeling requirements in Vietnam
Labeling in Vietnam requires exact numbers, symbols, scripts, drawings, and signals in line with the products’ nature. Unclear notes that may cause mistakes during the transit time are not allowed, which can cause issues in your supply chain.
The contents of the label must include:- Name of the goods
- Origin of the goods
- Traders address
- Fresh foodstuff
- Processed foodstuff
- Fuel
- Raw materials like agricultural products, minerals, and sea products
- Construction materials like sand, gravel, bricks, lime, stone, rich soil, cement, commodity concentrate mixture, and mortar.
- Waste material in business production
Also, the imported goods require that they be labeled in Vietnamese.
Labeling requirements in the US
Labeling for the imported item in the US must be legibly marked with the English name for the country of origin, batch number, address, company name, and other important details based on the product type.
You don’t require labels for products like:- Fuel.
