Packing Requirements: All shipments should be packaged ready for Transport. AU wood packing material must be stamped in accordance to the WPM regulations.

Shipping Documents:

• Commercial Invoice, which includes shipper and consignee address and contact information, shippers and importers TAX ID, itemized description of the goods (including serial numbers/part or model numbers item and/or total value of the goods.
  • Depending on the nature of the goods, a permit or license may be required to import a shipment into Mexico. Goods requiring permits or licenses include, but are not limited to hazardous materials, pharmaceuticals, weapons or alcoholic beverages. It is the shippers responsible to obtain, and submit with the shipment, all documentation required to transport and import the goods contained in a shipment in accordance with the Mexican government/customs regulations.
• Certificate of Origin
• Shippers Export Declaration (SED) for shipments valued over USD 2500
• Signed Shippers Letter of Instruction

At Destination:

• Upon arrival, We will contract the consignee for clearance and pickup.
• Freight can be transferred to other customs facilities in Mexico upon request.
• Brokerage in MEX available upon request.

Restricted/Prohibited Items

• New items in their original wrapping
• Any consumer goods or items for human consumption or application
• Food, beverage including teas, coffee, pet food
• Medicine, drugs, vitamins
• Consumer goods such as diapers, toilet paper, paper towels
• Cleaning products, detergents, chemical products
• Complete art collection
• Stuffed animals, ostrich eggs, turtle shells, corail, shells, animal skin.
• Tobacco, cigars, electronic cigarets and their accesories, liquid nicotin
• Plants, seeds
• Weapons (even with diplomatic status), munintions
• Jewellery, high value watches, silverware (none of those items are prohibited but it is not recom-mended to include them in the moving)
• Professional equipment that would enable to set up a complete and operational workshop or surgery

It is useless to attempt bringing restricted items thinking it may pass through or duties and taxes can be paid. It will not work and will carry heavy extra costs.According to the result of the preliminary revision, we may reject the shipment and will charge anyway revision expenses. This decision will be definitive and irrevocable. Cliets must strictly follow the customs regulations to avoid rejections cosing delays, storage, detention, penalty, seezer of the goods.
