HHG Customs Clearing -

Nationwide price - at any port in USA (48 states) - (Mostly Duty Free)
Customs Clearance- $135 (Vehicle - Separate BL & Charge + Bond Fee)
Handling & Surety Bond (if any)- $65
ISF (10+2)- $35
Courier, if any - $20 each

Trucking (optional) -

In 30 miles radius from AWB/BL destination Port/Terminal

Airfreight - (Minimum: cft=3kg or cbm=100kg)

Trucking to door steps- $0.45/kg Min $65 or $675 fr 14' long Truck (excluding unloading) Residential area trucking surcharge $45
Optional Trucking service - Truck with Liftgate for unloading at door steps $95 (For bulky &/or >80 lbs piece unless client can unload by themselves)

FCL -

Trucking to door steps (excluding unloading)- $475 + Tolls/Parking (if any, approx $75 - mostly at USA East coast ports, ie New York)
Unloading, Unpacking, Assembly - charged on hourly rate with team of 2 to 5 persons
Trucking to distances exceeding 30 miles radius from Port/Terminal - Please fax/email us the City & Zip code and we will revert

Inside Delivery Services (optional) -

Unpacking, Unloading, Assembly &/or Disposal -

$98/Hr for team of 2 men, Min 1 hrs + Travel time (Min 1hr)
$135/Hr for team of 3 men, Min 4 hrs + Travel time (Min 1hr) (20'st estimate 4 hrs)
$175/Hr for team of 3 men, Min 5 hrs + Travel time (Min 1hr) (40'st estimate 5 hrs)
Trash Disposal (optional)- $165 up to 1 pallet load (to be done same day of job) Ask us charges for exceptions- Piano, Stairs/Flights, >25' Parking distance, Specific appointment, Additional liability insurance, Storage, Split delivery, Oversize/weight for lift to load/unload, Downtowns with restricted hours/parking such as in Manhattan, San Francisco etc.

OTHER Vendors charges, if any -

Destination Charges listed below are just estimates & varies from Carrier (Shipping Line/Airline/Coloader) to Carrier (Chosen by you at Origin). We recommend to pay as many of these at Origin to avoid surprises (or ask them to disclose them in advance). These are NOT our charges -

Following charges are normally at New York (NYC) CFS warehouse

LCL: Loading Charge $8.10/45kg (at NYC)
LCL: Warehouse Documentation Fee $35 (at NYC)
LCL: DAD (Delivery Authorization Document) Fee $35 (at NYC)
LCL: Equipment & Terminal Fuel Surcharge $5/cbm, Min $20 (at NYC)

Storage/Demurrage/Detention charges, if any (charged to consignee before delivery) Customs Duty/Taxes/Bond/Inspection/FDA, if any (charged to consignee before delivery) No Credit extended to consignee and subject to Payment Options

Storage, if applicable - (Only at our facilities with prior arrangement, In/out charge may apply)

LCL/Air Freight: $15 per Palllet/week at our warehouse after customs
FCL: To get the rates, please explain how long to store, kind of packing & value of contents, location & after or before customs clearance
Every vendor has their own storage charge for their facility

Documents required at least 3 days before arrival (air shipment - 1 day) -

AWB/BL with consignee's phone# & email address (HBL/HAWB is not must for us to perform)
Packing List with Value
Social Security Card / Passport / Driver's License copies
Explanation of services to be paid by you & how/when will you pay (if no credit)
Additional Forms will be provided to client by us in USA such as -
Power of Attorney with SS# (others listed at bottom of this webpage)

Cargo Damage/Lost pieces Claims -

Any cargo damaged (including lost pieces) during the process at our end, we will provide the document/s reflecting any exception to the consignee & our liability is limited to assisting the client in explaining the process only. To process a claim, collection of documents, coordination with agents etc. are subject to a Handling Charge of $100, to be paid in advance by the Consignee &/or the Agent (who sold the insurance)
